As Founder and President of GS Construction Group Inc., Victor has earned his reputation by capitalizing on his expertise in waterproofing, exterior masonry, foundations, and historical landmark renovation and restoration. He embraces each project with the utmost respect, continuously expanding his building knowledge and delivering superior workmanship.

Victor holds several professional licenses and certifications, including a New York City General Contractor License, Rigger License, Construction Superintendent License, and Site Safety Manager training and supervisory certifications. His extensive credentials reflect his commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence in construction management.

Victor prides himself on recruiting, training, and staying current with all OSHA requirements, building an efficient team of talented craftsmen in an ever-changing industry to meet his clients’ needs. He began his career as a Civil Engineer in Barranquilla, Colombia, and has since dedicated his professional life to providing high-quality construction services throughout New York City and the surrounding Tri-State area.
